En el se recogen impresiones personales, constituye una enseñanza para algunos militares que solo piensan en atropellar grados y sacar beneficios que antes no tenían los que servían a su patria sin más recompensa que la del deber cumplido. Es en parte biografía, recuerdos personales algunos el cumplir con su deber y otros que menos hicieron, tratan de regalarlo injustamente al olvido. Son memorias que muestra sus trabajos, sus viajes en todo el territorio de Bolivia y de donde se tomarán datos históricos y geográficos. |
